Jozefa van der Veen

Jozefa van der Veen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jozefa most recently worked as a Sr. Human Resources Officer at Wetlands International, where they were responsible for sustaining and restoring wetlands and their resources. Prior to that, they served as an International HR Manager at EuroDev - European Business Development Group, where they helped North American companies expand into the European market. Before that, they were a Shared Service Center HR at Fokker Aerostructures B.V., where they developed and produced lightweight structural parts for aircraft. Jozefa's earlier work experience includes being the Head of P&O at Stork Plastics Machinery, where they provided advice and support on personnel matters to the management team.

Jozefa van der Veen started their education at Mavo "Woolde" te Hengelo from 1980 to 1985, where they studied Bedrijfsadministratie en bedrijfseconomie. Jozefa then attended MEAO Thorbeckecollege from 1985 to 1990, focusing on Bedrijfsadministratie/ Bedrijfseconomie. In 1999, Jozefa pursued a short-term course in Arbeidsrecht at Gibogroep. Later, from 2005 to 2009, they studied Personeelsadministratie/ Personeel en arbeid / Personeelszaken and obtained a Bachelor's degree from HBO Personeel en Arbeid Saxion Hogeschool te Enschede.
