Nicole Gamble

Nicole Gamble has solid work experience in human resources and diversity. Nicole began their career in 2002 at Sodexo as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, where they focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Nicole worked closely with facility General Managers and led training programs. In 2009, they joined the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as an HR Coordinator. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at GE Digital as an HR and Talent Management Consultant, supporting global business strategy and conducting research and analysis. Nicole then worked at BrownGreer PLC as a Human Resources Generalist, handling full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and succession planning. In 2016, they joined ncgCARE, first as an HR Business Partner, managing benefits administration, employee relations, and policy administration. Nicole was later promoted to Human Resources Director, where they led talent development and assessed company climate. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Director, Human Resources & Diversity Officer, driving the organization's vision of diversity, equity, and inclusion and implementing educational programs and initiatives.

Nicole Gamble pursued their education from 2006 to 2009 at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
