Silvana Rangel

Silvana Rangel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content moderation, customer support, and community management. Currently serving as the Head of Content Moderation - Trust & Safety and previously as the Head of Customer Support at WeTransfer since September 2017, Rangel's expertise includes team leadership and customer service excellence.
