Alexandru Iftime

Alexandru Iftime began their work experience in 2012 as an IT Helpdesk Internship/Volunteer at ING Life Insurance Romania. Alexandru then worked at Wizrom Software as a QA Engineer, where they coordinated QA activities and trained new employees. Alexandru also worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician, responsible for solving service calls and performing operations on databases.

In 2014, Alexandru joined Continental and Luxoft as an Integration and Test Engineer. Alexandru was responsible for implementing/maintaining Continuous Integration/Testing and reporting KPIs.

Afterwards, Alexandru worked at Airbus Defence and Space as an Integration, Verification, and Validation Engineer. Alexandru was responsible for creating/updating/ executing manual/automated test cases and reporting issues using bug tracking tools.

Alexandru then moved on to work at Paradox Security Systems as a QA Team Lead, where they coordinated and led a QA team, defined and assigned tasks, and conducted technical interviews for new positions.

Before joining GE Grid Solutions as a Software Integration Engineer, Alexandru worked at WeVideo as a Software Test Engineer. In their role at GE Grid Solutions, they provided technical support, resolved issues, performed root cause analysis, and reported defects.

Overall, Alexandru Iftime has gained experience in software testing, integration, verification, validation, and technical support in various companies throughout their career.

Alexandru Iftime obtained a Master's degree in Database Support for Business from the Academia de Studii Economice din București. Alexandru attended this school from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, studying there from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Alexandru received a certification in Duolingo German Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) from Duolingo in September 2016.
