Balder Tol

Balder Tol is the General Manager of WeWork Australia & SE Asia. Prior to WeWork, they were the General Manager of Tank Stream Labs, a tech startup co-working space in Sydney's CBD. Balder was responsible for all operations at Tank Stream Labs, including corporate partnerships, community management, sales, and the general well being of the company. Under their management, the company experienced significant growth in both member base and physical floor space.

Before Tank Stream Labs, Balder was an Account Manager at Airbnb and a Business Development Project Manager at SAP. Balder also won the Innovation Challenge at Deloitte Australia in 2010. Balder has a background in event management and client treatment activities from their time at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Private Banking.

Balder Tol has a Master in Management from the Faculty of Business & Economics at the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
