Matt Swoboda

Matt Swoboda is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams and driving profitability across diverse business lines. Serving as Senior Director of Physical Product Management at WeWork since February 2019, Matt manages a $100M P&L, overseeing product development for Meeting Rooms, Private Events, IT Services, Printing, and Parking, achieving a 30% increase in profitability for the latter two segments. Prior roles at WeWork include Senior Director of Technology Product Management, where Matt led a 30-person team managing consumer applications with over 1 million monthly active users, and Director of Product, Global Technology, driving significant revenue growth in technology services.
