Rica Silvey

Rica Silvey is a seasoned professional in retail management and community engagement, currently serving as a Multi Asset Community Manager at WeWork since August 2019. In December 2023, Rica participated in the Leadership Training Cohort of Get on Board MN, an initiative aimed at enhancing political participation in school boards. Prior experience includes roles at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, progressing from Sales Team Lead to Divisional Sales Manager over several years. Rica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Retail Management from Strayer University and has foundational education from Johnson County Community College.
