Carmelo Reale

Carmelo Reale currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at MainStreet Partners and holds multiple significant roles at Banca Generali, including Group General Counsel, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Group Sustainability, Director of BG Suisse Private Bank, and Director of Nextam SIM. Reale has been a Member of the Board of Advisors for WeWorld since December 2022 and for Challenge to Change since July 2022. Previously, Reale was the Presidente of Europ Assistance Italia and a Director at Europ Assistance SA, alongside serving as Group General Counsel within the Global Management Committee from July 2017 to September 2020. Reale also held the position of Head of Group Strategic Legal Affairs at Generali from July 2013 to September 2017. Earlier career experiences include roles at prominent law firms such as Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Legance, Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Reale earned an LLM in Business Law and Project Finance from American University and holds a Laurea in Legge from Luiss Guido Carli University.
