Sarah mc Evoy

Sarah Mc Evoy is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality analysis and customer experience. Currently serving as the Wise Quality Team Lead at weWow since August 2023, Sarah leads a team focusing on Quality Analysis for Wise, a major global currency exchange company. Previously, as a Wise Quality Analyst, Sarah played a key role in centralizing and improving customer service processes at TransferWise. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at HelloPrint, where Sarah collaborated with multiple departments to enhance customer journeys, and as an English Language Teacher at English Valencia Academy. Sarah's diverse work history also includes roles in hospitality, retail, and legal assistance.
