Chris Dilios

Chris Dilios is an experienced professional in user experience design and product management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of UX Discovery & Research at WEX since 2007, Chris leads a team focused on understanding customer journeys and driving insights into action in collaboration with Product and Technology teams. Prior roles at WEX included Director of Digital Product Portfolio and Manager of User Experience Design, where Chris oversaw usability for web and mobile applications. Previous experience as Owner/UX Consultant at Interactive WebDesign involved providing UI/UX consulting services, while earlier positions at Visa USA and Unum Corporation honed skills in web design, usability analysis, and eCommerce applications. Chris began a career as a Small Business Owner at The Pizza Barn, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to customer service and operational management. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Southern Maine.
