Erica Maguire

Erica Maguire is an experienced professional in enterprise transformation and Agile methodologies, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Transformation Program Manager at WEX since April 2024. Prior to this, Erica spent over eleven years at IDEXX, where multiple roles included Agile Specialist Principal and Manager, focusing on coaching leadership teams and guiding organizational transformations. Erica has successfully led Scrum teams, managed Agile practices, and coordinated marketing strategies throughout various positions. Additionally, experiences include a leadership role at the United Way of Southern Maine emphasizing diversity and community engagement, along with prior management positions in chiropractic and hospitality sectors. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychological Development from Keene State College.
