Marina Rocha Morcatti

Marina Rocha Morcatti has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Marina is currently working as the Talent Acquisition Lead and Tech Recruiter Lead at WEX. Prior to this, they worked at CI&T as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Attraction Analyst, where they focused on full-cycle tech recruitment and selection, conducted behavioral interviews, and collaborated closely with hiring managers and the technical team. Marina also has experience at Avenue Code, where they held various roles such as Senior Global Talent Acquisition Consultant, TA Tech Ambassador, and Tech Lead. In these roles, they acted as a talent acquisition ambassador, supported the recruitment team technically, organized openings and deliveries, and participated in leadership meetings. Marina also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Tech Recruiter, where they handled full recruitment and selection cycles for technical positions and conducted behavior interviews. Before that, Marina worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer, optimizing the IT recruitment process and sourcing candidates in various countries. Prior to their career in talent acquisition, Marina had experience in human resources and psychology roles at Grupo Bonsucesso, IPSEMG CASA VERDE, AMAS, and Colégio Magnum Agostiniano.

Marina Rocha Morcatti completed their Professional & Self Coaching certification at the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Pessoas at PUC Minas from 2016 to 2017. Marina also holds a Graduação in Psicologia from PUC Minas, completed between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Analista de Mapeamento de Perfil Comportamental from Solides in 2019.
