Pablo Pagán-Rivera, PsyD has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Currently, they hold the position of Mental Health Services Director at Wexford Health Sources. Pablo previously served as the Mental Health Unit Director at the same company. Prior to their time at Wexford, Dr. Pagán-Rivera worked at IntraSpectrum Counseling as a Group Therapy Program Manager, Staff Therapist, and Postdoctoral Fellow. Pablo also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Albizu University and EDP College of Puerto Rico Inc-San Sebastian, as well as NUC University. Additionally, they gained experience as a Pre Doctoral Intern at the Illinois Department of Human Services. Dr. Pagán-Rivera's early career included roles such as a Lifestyle Coach at TeleMedik, Research Assistant at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, and Summer Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Pablo began their career as an Office Assistant at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
Pablo Pagán-Rivera, PsyD pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2010, they began their undergraduate studies at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology in 2015. Simultaneously, in 2012-2013, they obtained graduate credits in Substance Abuse Counseling from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine.
Pablo then continued their academic journey at Universidad Albizu. From 2015 to 2018, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2020, they achieved their highest degree, Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from the same institution.
