Chris Nienhueser Aia, Ap

Chris Nienhueser, AIA, LEED AP has a diverse work experience in the architecture and design industry. Starting in 2011, Chris worked as an Architectural Intern at Holland Basham Architects. In 2012 and 2013, they continued their internship at HDR. Chris then joined DLR Group in 2014 as a Project Architect, specializing in various areas of design expertise. In 2016, they moved to Perkins+Will as a Project Manager, contributing to the creation of healthy and sustainable environments. In 2020, Chris became a Development Manager at Seneca Group, providing real estate development management and advisory services. Currently, they hold the position of Project Director at Wexford Science & Technology, LLC, where they collaborate with institutions to develop vibrant Knowledge Communities. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated a commitment to excellent design and creating transformative spaces.

Chris Nienhueser, AIA, LEED AP obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Architecture from the same institution, graduating in 2014. In 2017, they attended the University of Washington for the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program.
