Lawrence A. Selzer

Lawrence A. Selzer, a director of the Company since 2016, has served as the president and chief executive officer of The Conservation Fund (one of the nation’s premier environmental non-profit organizations) since 2001. He is the chairman of the board of directors of American Bird Conservancy and a member of the board of trustees of Manomet. He previously served on the board of directors of Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. (timber) until February 2016 and as chairman of the board of directors of Outdoor Foundation from 2007 until 2016. Mr. Selzer has experience and expertise in the areas of conservation procurement, conservation finance, land acquisition and disposition, and real estate management. He has experience managing and overseeing a large, complex, and geographically diverse environmental conservation organization.
