Nicole Wade

Nicole Wade, MS HRM, serves as the Human Resource Director for Weyerhaeuser, overseeing HR operations for the Western Lumber and Engineering sectors since August 2019. In this role, Nicole aligns strategic business goals with cultural objectives and manages a team of seven HR Business Partners. Previously, Nicole held multiple HR management positions at PepsiCo from October 2011 to August 2019, culminating in the role of Senior Manager Talent Management, where oversight included national recruitment efforts and managing a team of over 55. Additional experiences at PepsiCo encompassed project management and field HR support. Earlier career experience includes an HR Generalist position at Waste Management, Inc. Following a strong academic foundation with a BS in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and an MS in Human Resource Management & Labor Relations from Michigan State University, Nicole brings extensive expertise in human resources management to strategic roles.
