Robin Messec

Robin Messec is a seasoned IT governance professional with extensive experience in service management processes. Currently holding the position of Sr. Manager - IT Governance at Weyerhaeuser since September 2017, Robin has successfully re-designed and implemented governance frameworks, including a formal Change Review Board process. Prior to this, Robin served as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, where significant contributions were made in change management processes across cloud infrastructure and supply chain operations. Previous roles at HP Enterprise Services encompassed managing ITIL processes and leading cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Robin began a career in training and development at Concur Technologies, focusing on creating impactful training solutions. Educationally, Robin holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Information Systems from the UW Foster School of Business and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University.
