Wes Gadwa

Wes Gadwa has extensive experience in engineering and management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Interim Unit Manager for Weyerhaeuser's Kalispell Complex, overseeing plywood and lumber operations since February 2016. Prior roles at Weyerhaeuser include Montana Engineering & Controls Manager, MDF Maintenance & Engineering Manager, and Plant Engineer, where responsibilities involved managing engineering and capital projects for various manufacturing facilities, including biomass steam boilers. Previously, Wes held positions at Plum Creek as the MDF Plant Engineer and at Ash Grove Cement Company as Production Superintendent and Process Engineer, focusing on production optimization and capital improvement projects. Early career experience includes mechanical line service at Inter-State Aviation Inc. and project engineering at Valley Bronze of Oregon. Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 2010.
