Ricardo Moreno

Ricardo Moreno is the current Vice President of Human Resources and Higher Education at HES Facilities Management. Ricardo has previously served as Director of Human Resources at Wiese USA, Director Human Resources Operations at St. Louis Children's Hospital, and Human Capital Partner (Director) at UnitedHealth Group. Ricardo has also been Manager of Human Resources at Husch and Eppenberger LLC.

Ricardo has over 15 years of experience in human resources and has a proven track record in developing and implementing policies, practices, and programs that support employee recruitment, retention, and development. Ricardo is passionate about their work and committed to supporting the growth and success of the organizations they work with.

Ricardo Moreno reports to Charlie Spencer, President & CEO. They are on a team with Craig Wall - VP, Business Development Ohio, Wisconsin & West Penn, Scott Zimmerman - SVP, Mid-Atlantic Region, and Flor Havet - Regional Manager.
