Roland Steingress has extensive experience in customer service and technical support roles. Roland is currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Service at WFL Millturn Technologies GmbH & Co. KG since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Global Area Management, Tech. Support / Warranty & Product Improvement at KTM Sportmotorcycle AG from 2017 to 2022. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at BMW Group Central and Southeastern Europe as the Head of Technical Service/Warranty & Channel and Process Development. Before that, they were the Head of Technical Service/Warranty at BMW Group from 2005 to 2012.

Roland Steingress began their education history by completing the Meisterprüfung KFZ-Technik from Wirtschaftsförderungsinstitut Österreich (Linz) in 1996. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung from IfM - Institut für Management, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. Roland then went on to achieve a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA in General Management from Universität Klagenfurt, studying from 2017 to 2019. Lastly, from 2018 to 2020, Roland attended Mendel University in Brno, where they earned their ING. Master's degree (MSC) in Economics and Management.
