Stuart Finningham

Stuart Finningham is an experienced professional in customer service management with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Head of Global Customer Service at ACCA since December 2015, Stuart also holds the position of Regional Head of Customer Service for Europe, India, and the Americas. Prior to ACCA, Stuart was the Head of Customer Service Pre Payment at ScottishPower from January 2012 to December 2015 and worked as Customer Excellence Manager at the Student Loans Company from November 2008 to January 2012. Stuart holds a BA in Business Management with Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 2003 and 2007, and completed education at Stranraer Academy from 1997 to 2003.
