The board of directors at WFYI Public Media has a long history of experience in the public media industry. Members have previously served as Vice President at Indianapolis Council of Arts Administrators, Chair at Public Television Joint Licensee Association (JLA), and President at Illinois Public Broadcasting Council. Additionally, members have also been highly involved in education, holding positions such as Member of the Board of Directors at Near North Development Corporation. Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Radio & Television.
