Kaja Fickes has extensive experience in development and major gifts fundraising within prominent institutions. At GBH, from September 2004 to August 2021, Kaja served as Senior Director of Development for Major Annual Giving, overseeing initiatives including the Ralph Lowell Society, which raises over $5.5 million annually. Previously, Kaja held positions such as Senior Major Gifts Officer at Boston College Law School and Director of the Annual Fund at The Roxbury Latin School. Kaja’s career in development began at Harvard University as Director of Annual Giving and Development Assistant for the Harvard College Fund. Kaja holds a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor's degree in History and French from Dartmouth College.
