Stephen Connelly

Stephen Connelly has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. From 2019 to present, they have been the Head of Human Resources and Learning & Development at WGM Engineering Ltd, where they are responsible for implementing the strategic HR agenda and ensuring legal compliance. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2019, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company, leading HR, recruitment, learning & development, and marketing teams. Before joining WGM Engineering Ltd, Stephen worked at Ageas Group as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2013 to 2017, where they provided HR services, managed teams, and supported HR across multiple sites. Stephen also has experience as an Organizational Development Manager at Kwik Fit Insurance from 2002 to 2013.

Stephen Connelly completed their education history at Glasgow Caledonian University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD). Prior to this, they attended Glasgow Central College of Commerce from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice. In addition to their formal education, Stephen also holds a certification in CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, obtained from CIPD.
