Amy Ward has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at WGM GROUP, Inc. since February 2021, where they are responsible for overseeing all HR functions. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at the same company from August 2019 to February 2021.

Amy also has experience as the Founder & Leadership Coach at Peace By Piece Empowerment Coaching, LLC since August 2013. Here, they focus on coaching individuals for authentic leadership development, exploring various aspects such as emotional intelligence, conflict communication, and team building.

In addition, Amy worked at Consumer Direct Care Network, where they held multiple HR roles. As an HR Business Partner from January 2019 to August 2019, they built strategic relationships, provided coaching and training, and acted as the primary HR contact for multiple business units. Amy also served as the Employee Development & Engagement Supervisor from October 2018 to January 2019, where they expanded the company's training programs and organized volunteer opportunities. Prior to this, they held roles including Employee Development & Engagement Specialist, Human Resources Records Team Lead, and Human Resources Assistant, where they focused on employee development, compliance, and process improvement.

Amy's earlier experience includes working at Cru Global as a US Field Staff/Associate Director from 2006 to 2012, where they handled logistics, care, and support for teams, as well as various other roles such as teacher, trainer, speaker, and mentor/coach.

Amy Ward obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Science from the University of Idaho, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. In 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Certificate in Transformational Coaching at Western Seminary. Amy Ward has also obtained several certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in October 2018. In June 2018, they also acquired the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) certification from SHRM. Additionally, in March 2019, they completed the Advanced Training in Conflict Management from Kilmann Diagnostics. In January and February 2023, Amy Ward obtained SHRM Executive Network Memberships from the SHRM Executive Network.
