Helena Gibson

Helena Gibson has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2023, they worked as the Organisational Development Project Lead at Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People. Prior to that, they held positions at ACC New Zealand, where they served as the Head of Organisational Development & Capability from 2016 to 2023, and as the Head of People Development from 2016 to 2020. Helena also worked at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand as the Professional Development Manager / Acting Commercial Manager from 2014 to 2016. Helena was the Manager of Learning and Development at Housing New Zealand Corporation from 2011 to 2014. Finally, they had various roles at ANZ, including Manager of Learning and Development from 2008 to 2011, Learning and Development Projects Manager from 2007 to 2008, and held retail banking roles from 2002 to 2007.

Helena Gibson obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University in 2000. Helena then pursued a BComm degree in Management from the University of Canterbury from 2001 to 2002.
