Matthew Busel has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Whalesync. In 2020, they were a No-Code Consultant at Thylacine Capital and Founder of Referralboard. In 2019, they were a PM at MakeSpace. In 2017, they were a PM at NextRev Commerce, a Product at Fast Rope Labs, an Author of Augmented Reality at SportTechie, and a Book Author at New Degree Press.

Matthew Busel attended Pine Crest School from 2009 to 2013 and then Georgetown University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (B.S.F.S.) with a major in International Economics.
