Su Ah Kim serves as the VP of University Relations at Wharton Women, overseeing mentorship pairings for personal and professional development, and is currently planning the 2025 Wharton Women Business Conference. As a VP of Membership Development, Su Ah organizes impactful mentorship programs and internal events to enhance engagement for women and underrepresented identities in business. Additional roles include a Pro-Bono Consultant for Women Campaign International, a research position in the Penn Undergraduate Research Mentoring Program, and a Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School. Su Ah also provides IT support at the University of Pennsylvania, advises the Wharton Undergraduate Healthcare Club, and has interned at Bank of America and Sakira LLC, while co-founding and presiding over Kits4Children, an organization addressing the global education gap. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Healthcare Management at The Wharton School, Su Ah's diverse experiences reflect a strong commitment to leadership and community impact in various fields.
