Kelsey Wiltrout has a diverse work experience in the marketing industry. Kelsey started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Amwell Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2009. Kelsey then interned at Delucchi Plus as a Digital Marketing & PR Strategy Intern, where they gained experience in omni-channel marketing campaigns. Kelsey went on to work at Streetsense as a Digital Marketing Strategist, developing and managing digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries. Kelsey also served as a Senior Content Strategist at Streetsense, focusing on brand development and messaging for clients. Kelsey worked at Distributed Finance Corporation as a Digital Marketing Lead before becoming a Market Launch Strategist & Co-Founder at Websavant, a marketing agency where they launched and scaled multiple brands. Kelsey later worked as an Ecommerce Marketing & Brand Consultant at Not Another Agency, helping clients improve their D2C marketing approaches and reporting. Currently, Kelsey is the Vice President of Marketing at What Do You Meme?, where they have contributed to the company's revenue growth, achieved category-leader status in Adult Party Games, and managed a large marketing team.

Kelsey Wiltrout completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2011. Kelsey then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree specializing in Marketing and Finance at Hood College from 2012 to 2013. In 2009 to 2010, they participated in a study abroad program at Birkbeck, University of London, although the specific degree earned during this time is not provided.
