Nick Comyn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nick joined ?What If! Innovation in 2021 as an Associate Director, where they focus on helping SMBs, Corporates, and Social Enterprises in the Food and Mobility industries unlock future growth by designing and realizing new strategies, idea portfolios, propositions, and ventures. One of their key achievements is redesigning a quick-service restaurant strategy and customer value proposition for a global petrol station operator. Before that, in 2021, Nick worked as a Strategic Advisor and Investor at The Beagle Button, where they provided insights on customer value proposition development. Prior to that, they were with Accenture UK from 2019 to 2021 as a Strategy & Innovation Senior Manager, leading innovation teams and driving transformation and growth across UK Retail, Consumer Products, and Healthcare clients. Notable accomplishments include leading cross-agency product squads for NHS Test & Trace to design and scale C-19 mass testing in UK Schools & Universities. From 2016 to 2019, Nick worked as a Strategy Consulting Manager at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy. Nick led teams on Retail Strategy & Transformation projects, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency through the application of disruptive technologies. Nick started their career at PwC in 2006 as an Audit Associate Internship. Overall, Nick Comyn has a strong background in strategy, innovation, and retail consulting, with expertise in driving growth and transformation in various industries.

Nick Comyn completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Business (QD) from the University of Warwick in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Plymouth College where they completed their high school education, focusing on Maths, Business and Economics & Chemistry from 1999 to 2006. In 2017, Nick obtained a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Nick continued their education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2018-2019 to pursue a degree in Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy with a focus on Business Statistics. Additionally, they completed a Distance Learning Strategy Certificate Programme in Business Strategy from INSEAD in 2015. Nick also holds certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Accenture in 2014 and another Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA in 2017.
