Karen Alex

Karen Alex's work experience includes a role as the Director of People Services & Delivery at Whataburger since March 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Payroll Director at Whataburger from April 2016 to February 2017. Before joining Whataburger, Karen served as the Sr. PSC Manager at H-E-B Grocery from June 1998 to April 2016. Karen also held the position of Payroll Manager at Builders Square from April 1988 to February 1998.

Karen Alex attended the University of the Incarnate Word from 2003 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology of Organizational Development.
