Karin Kojima is a HR professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. Karin is currently the People Ops Manager at Whatnot, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Learning and Development Manager at Thrive Market from February 2020 to June 2021. Karin also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. Karin Kojima (she/her) attended Van Nuys High School and Portola Middle School. Karin is certified from the American Red Cross in CPR Certification.
