Silviya Dimitrova

Silviya Dimitrova serves as the Sr. Manager of People Technology at Whatnot since April 2024. Prior experience includes working at Discord as the Sr. Manager of People Systems, where significant achievements included leading the implementation of Workday and developing a People Systems team during a period of rapid workforce growth from 500 to over 3,000 employees. Silviya's career also features positions at Anaplan, Slack, Pinterest, Tesla, Virtual Instruments, and McAfee, focusing on systems analysis, process improvement, and automation in HR and business processes. Silviya holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering/Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from San José State University.
