Levi Miedema

Levi Miedema is an accomplished undergraduate research assistant currently working at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, focusing on the transcription repressor BCL6 and its impact on lipid and glucose metabolism. Additional experience includes serving as a STEM tutor for high school students at Wheaton Bible Church and assisting researchers at the University of Georgia on agricultural studies related to Drosophila suzukii. Previous volunteer work at Holland Hospital involved supporting patients and healthcare professionals. Levi holds a B.S. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Wheaton College, along with a degree in Medicine and Biology from Universidad de Sevilla.
