Christa Short

Christa Short has over 20 years of work experience in the biotech industry. Christa currently serves as the VP of Process Sciences at Wheeler Bio since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Cytovance Biologics for 16 years, where they held the positions of Associate Director Mammalian Bioprocess and Senior Scientist. In these roles, they led teams in the development of mammalian upstream and downstream processes and supervised 10 employees. Christa also worked on the development of various molecules, including antibodies, shed antigens, and VLPs. Before joining Cytovance Biologics, Christa worked as a PD Associate at Novazyme from March 2000 to October 2001.
