Dawn Williams

Dawn comes to WHLR with over 17 years of experience in commercial property management, having worked in North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, and California. Joining the team in 2022, she brings her vast experience managing various property types including industrial, flex, retail, office, and medical buildings.

As an Army veteran, Dawn trained at various military schools, including the Defense Language Institute at the Presidio of Monterey in California, where she earned her diploma for Spanish.
