Catalina Troncoso Rojas

Catalina Troncoso Rojas has had a varied work experience since 2008. Catalina began their career as a Practicant at the Feria Empresarial - FCFM - Universidad de Chile in 2008, then moved on to Project Engineer at Penta Analytics in 2009. Catalina then held the role of Integrante Comit\u00e9 de Normas at Consorcio I+D Vinos de Chile in 2012, followed by Project Development Manager at Vi\u00f1a Maquis in 2011. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant at Mejillones Am\u00e9rica s.a. and as a Voluntaria de desarrollo at FAE Fundacion Amigos de Etiop\u00eda. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Ingeniera planificacion de presupuesto at the Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n and Partner and Co-Founder at Consultora Panal from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they became the Presidenta - Socia fundadora of Mujeres Stem Chile and is currently the Director of Finance and Head of Finance at wherEX.

Catalina Troncoso Rojas received their Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Chile between 2005 and 2010. In 2019, they obtained a Diplomado in Gestión y procesos de la innovación from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Prior to this, they attended Centro Educacional San Andrés from 1999 to 2004. Currently, they are enrolled in The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to pursue an Executive Global Master in Management in Social sciences, business, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Additionally, Catalina Troncoso Rojas has obtained several certifications, including an Integrante programa BOW Alta Dirección from Mujeres Empresarias, Chile in 2020, a Microeconomics for Data, Economics and Development Policy MicroMaster Program from MITx on edX in 2019, a Què funciona en educación: Políticas educativas basadas en evidencia from Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo in 2018, and The Challenges of Global Poverty - Data, Economics, and Development Policy MicroMasters from MITx on edX in 2018.
