Jack Latus

Jack Latus has a diverse work experience. Jack has been the Managing Director of LATUS Health since 2016, where they focus on improving the health and wellbeing of employees through occupational health and corporate wellbeing packages. Prior to this role, they were the Director of LATUS Training since 2011, where they aimed to redefine health and fitness by offering professional-level training, facilities, and advice to all members. In 2016, they also co-founded Whey Box, a brand that provides convenient and tasty protein powder in single-serving sachets. Before their career in health and fitness, Jack was a Rugby Player for Hull KR, Harlequins RL, and Leeds Carnegie from 2009 to 2012.

Jack Latus attended Hymers College from 1997 to 2007, where they pursued their A-levels in Biology, Psychology, and Physical Education.
