Lisa Wallis is a Chartered FCIPD and Grad IOSH professional with extensive work experience in HR and organizational development. Lisa is currently the Corporate Director of People & Culture at We are whg since July 2022. Prior to this, Lisa served as the Director of People and O.D at Community Health Partnerships from April 2021 to July 2022. Lisa also founded and served as the CEO of Empliance from April 2020 to April 2021. Lisa has held various leadership positions including Interim Head of People and Organizational Development at The Coal Authority from December 2020 to March 2021, and Executive Director of HR & O.D at Derbyshire Health United Limited from April 2018 to March 2020. Lisa has also worked as the Managing Director at Olive-HR Ltd from November 2017 to April 2018. Lisa's previous experience includes roles such as Interim HR Consultant and Director of HR, HSE, and Marketing at Komfort from September 2017 to November 2017 and January 2015 to August 2017 respectively. Lisa has also worked as an HR & Change Project Consultant at Human Resource Management Solutions from March 2014 to January 2015. Lisa's early career includes serving as the Head of HR (Shared Services) at Dignity Plc from December 2011 to March 2014, and as the Exec Director of HR, Training, and Health & Safety (Shared Services) at Self Unlimited from April 2004 to December 2011.

Lisa Wallis (Chartered FCIPD) (Grad IOSH) has an extensive education history in the field of Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. Lisa obtained a Strategic HR Pg Dip from De Montfort University in 2010 and a Master's degree (MOL) PAC in Human Resources Development from Manchester College of Arts in 2010.
