Lauren Cauchi has extensive experience in human resources and program management, currently serving as Talent and Program Manager and General Manager of People and Culture at Whiddon since February 2012. Lauren previously held multiple roles at The Whiddon Group, including People and Culture Manager and Acting People and Culture Manager, from June 2008 to January 2012. A parental leave break was taken from April 2021 to April 2022. Lauren is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management at Griffith University, which has been ongoing since 2012.
