Eric Grogg has held various positions throughout their career. Eric began as a Director of National Account Management at Mood Media, where they stabilized at-risk clients and managed sales teams. Eric later became the Director of Inside Sales and Support, overseeing the sales team and navigating the acquisition of Muzak. Grogg then moved on to become the Director of Business Process, responsible for executing process improvement initiatives.

Grogg's next role was as Vice President of Inside Enterprise Sales/Sales Operations at Meridium, where they developed and implemented the organization's sales playbook and trained the global sales team. Eric then worked as the Global Director of Sales Productivity at Richardson Sales Performance, leading project teams in implementing sales performance and technology integration services.

After that, Grogg held roles at Curvature, first as the Director of Inside Sales, then as the Vice President of Sales, where they developed go-to-market strategies and built successful sales and business development teams. Currently, Grogg is the Director of Business Development at Whip Around, a fleet maintenance software company. Eric is responsible for connecting drivers, mechanics, and fleet managers to improve vehicle uptime.

Eric Grogg holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Eric also has additional certifications including SalesLoft Administrator Certification from SalesLoft in 2020, Human-Centered Design (Design Led Thinking) from LUMA Institute in 2018, and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from GE Capital in 2005.
