Ankita Bose

Ankita Bose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Manager at Whirlpool Corporation since June 2017. In this role, Ankita leads the execution of leadership development programs and the Skills Development Framework for the HR Operations organization. Previous positions at Whirlpool include Global Mobility Ops Lead and HR Benefits Specialist, where Ankita managed global mobility operations and oversaw the benefits enrollment process. Ankita's early career includes roles at Michigan State University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Leadership Development Intern, as well as experience in account and product management at OnMobile and GoBindas Entertainment. Ankita holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and an MBA in HR/Marketing, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
