Liz Faehner

Liz Faehner has held various positions at Whirlpool Corporation from September 2020 to July 2025, culminating in the role of Benefits Director, with previous titles including Senior Manager and Analytics & Strategy Manager in Total Rewards. Prior experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at Ohio University's Innovation Center from February 2013 to May 2015, where support was provided to local start-up businesses while completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management. Liz also worked as a Consultant for The Simonyi Center in May 2013, collaborating on consulting projects with students from Hungary and the United States, and began an international career as a Customer Care Intern at Salvagnini Maschinenbau in the summer of 2012.
