Salvador Romero

Salvador Romero is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for the North America Region at Whirlpool Corporation since March 2022, overseeing HR functions across 14 manufacturing sites in Mexico, the USA, and Canada. Previously, Salvador held multiple HR roles at Gentherm, including Human Resources Manager and Head of Recruitment and Selection, where responsibilities spanned benefits administration, talent management, and employee engagement. With a strong background in labor relations and organizational effectiveness, Salvador has demonstrated expertise in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Salvador holds a degree in Human Resource Development from Universidad de Guanajuato and is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Universidad Tecmilenio.
