Joyce Armstrong PMP, CSM has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Joyce started their career at Erimax in 2005 as a Program Management Consultant and worked there until 2009. Following that, they joined the US Census Bureau as a Survey Statistician from 2009 to 2011. Joyce then worked at SAIC as a Quality Assurance Analyst from 2011 to 2012. After that, they worked as an Independent Contractor at BSC Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at WhirlWind Technologies, LLC as a Sr. Business Analyst since 2017.

Joyce Armstrong PMP, CSM completed their bachelor's degree in Marketing at Hampton University from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a master's degree in Business at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1994 to 1996.
