Victoria Igbene

Victoria Igbene has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Victoria started their career in 2016 as a Case Manager at the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, where they worked until May 2017. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Case Manager at The National Center for Children and Families, where they worked until September 2021. During this time, they gained experience in providing support and services to children and families in need.

In 2019, Victoria took on the role of Forensic Social Work Intern at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, where they worked until June 2020. This role allowed their to gain insights into the criminal justice system and provide social work support to individuals involved in legal proceedings.

Victoria also worked as an Employee Assistance Program Counselor at the U.S. Census Bureau from July 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they provided counseling and support services to employees, contributing to their overall well-being.

Most recently, Victoria joined WhirlWind Technologies, LLC in August 2021 as a Business Analyst. Victoria'srole involves analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Through their various roles, Victoria has developed strong skills in case management, social work, and business analysis. Victoria'sexperience in multiple sectors demonstrates their adaptability and ability to thrive in different work environments.

Victoria Igbene's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Professional Performing Arts High School, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Dance. After completing high school, they went on to Towson University from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration.

In 2019, Victoria pursued further education at the University of Maryland, where they completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from 2019 to 2021. Victoria also holds additional certifications, including being a Master Social Worker and Clinical Social Worker, obtained from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) in May 2021. Additionally, they are a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certified by Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
