Steven Fang

Steven Fang is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Whisker since April 2023, Steven previously held the role of Vice President of Engineering at OptimHire from August 2021 to April 2023. As Chief Information Officer at Helio Genomics from December 2017 to August 2021, Steven contributed significant leadership. Steven also founded and served as CEO of SwiftChat until its acquisition in May 2018. Additional experience includes engineering roles at Microsoft and Zynga, with early career positions at prominent companies such as Qualcomm, Research In Motion, SAP, and Sybase Software. Steven holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and degrees in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
