Iris C. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Iris started their career as an Office Trainee at Chung Tai Printing (China) Co. Ltd., where they gained exposure to general office tasks. After that, Iris worked at Aston University as a Peer Mentor and an International Placement Assistant.

Following their time at Aston University, Iris joined L'Oréal as a Kiehl's Customer Representative. Iris then moved on to EEF, where they served as a Recruitment Administrator.

Most recently, Iris joined Whiskey & Wealth Club as the Head of Human Resources. Their previous experience in HR roles positioned their well for this leadership position.

Iris C. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business and Management from Aston University, from 2013 to 2017. In 2022, they pursued further education by enrolling in the CIPD Qualifications program, where they are currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. Additionally, Iris has also obtained a Diploma of Advanced Human Resources Management from the CIPD Qualifications, although the specific dates of this qualification are not provided.
