Nicholas Walker is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. As the Culinary Director for Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar since July 2024, Nicholas oversees operations for all locations across the United States. Additionally, since February 2021, Nicholas has served as Chef/Owner of Irreverent Concepts and previously held the role of Culinary Director at The Village Dallas from December 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing seven independent restaurants, catering, and menu development. Prior culinary leadership roles include Executive Chef at Virgin Hotels and The Joule, as well as Chef De Cuisine at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek and Sous Chef at SLS South Beach. Nicholas holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
