Charles Dottore

Charles Dottore is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Culinary Director at All Day Kitchens since November 2021. Prior to this role, Charles held several positions at CSSI Marketing + Culinary, a Marlin Network Agency, from October 2016 to November 2021, including Associate Director of Culinary R&D and Manager of Culinary Research & Development. Charles also gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at Intro Chicago and Tallulah's Taqueria, and worked as a Culinary Events Teaching Assistant at Johnson & Wales University, where responsibilities included planning and executing significant culinary events. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Nutrition/Food Science/Product Development and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts, both from Johnson & Wales University.
